She already said she could only afford the lowest one yet he went and quoted her an even higher after that. He should have just started the app with the lowest she chose. Also he was quoting from lower to higher when you should quote from higher to lower. Also it's even questionable she will keep the policy considering how low that premium is and how hesitant she sounded in terms of affordability.

HERE IN CALIFORNIA IT'S MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE LIFE INSURANCE SPECIALLY FINAL EXPENSES....AS A LIFE AGENT I'LL START FROM $300 A MONTH AND GO LOWER TO GET TO WHAT THE CLIENT CAN AFFORT TO PAY ...ALL THIS BASED ON AGE HEALTH AND INCOME...BUT ALWAYS TREATING THEM LIKE FAMILY TO HAVE A PERMANENT RELATIONSHIP

There wasnt a strong confirmation of the ability to pay the $22/mo for the $5k policy so it didnt seem like he really listened when he offered to split the 10 and 5 into 7 for $30/mo. The $22/mo didnt seem strong from the potential client.
