Hyderabad Hired More People In Technology Than Bangalore: TV Mohandas Pai

In an interview, TV Mohandas Pai, chairman of Arun Capital, expressed his concerns about the implications of Karnataka government’s new regulations on MNCs. Denouncing the proposed requirement for MNCs to display the number of Kannadiga employees they have, Pai suggested it could deter new investments and create fear in the MNC community. He criticized the government for its lack of protection of MNCs and a perceived encouragement of unruly elements in society. The entrepreneur also revealed that, for the first time in 30 years, Hyderabad has exceeded Bangalore in tech hiring, indicating a possible shift in India’s technological landscape. Tamil and Telugu do a lot of partiality in companies of bangalore. If senior manager is tamil and Telugu they will hire majority 80% from their state. Very few people from north india or Karnataka will be there in that project.

Our Power Minister is from KOTTAYAM -- We need a board in front of VDHAN SOWDHA how many of MLAs are from Karnataka and can speak Kannada -- Many Belgavi MLAs can not speak Kannada .. Many Bellary MLAs can not speak Kannada.. Here the idea appears to be create KANNADA divide keeping in view of LOKSABHA election .. These grand standing might have some traction in hinterlands as they may feel this minister can create some jobs erc.. This is pure elecion gimmick. The expectation is CORRUPTION -- Now minister wants MNC authorities come with bag of money so that he will be satisficed -- That is it -- This minister can be easily handled by throwing some money to him -- This is Corruption initiative .. If there is implicit regional bias then that has to be curbed - Example : One of the MNC I worked I have seen 3000 member account has 2400 people from Kerala .. This account is known as Malayalee account -- Upon deep dive we came to know improper practices such as dropping good candidates from short listing during CV selection itself , not calling for interview .. Hiring team is leaking information about existing posts to KOTTYAM / TRISUR university people etc.. This is not COMPANY policy -- But it is done at operation level perhaps with the tacit understanding of Account head who is also Malayalee .. For eye wash they have few KANNADIGA and FEW Hindi speaking people -- Similarly I have seen TAMBI account -- Full Tamilian working in Bangalore .. This is almost open as they even ask during interview ( in Bangalore ) do you know TAMIL ( Happened to me in Bangalore - I am Kannadiga ) . This is mal practices - NOT AT Management level and hence Government need to take it differently -- Minister KRISHNA BAIREGOWDA sir can handle this properly
