Fire!!!!…these were the throw away cheap cuts of meats but now we recognize that the ox tail is crazy stupid flavorful, and then you added a chunk roast, I bet that sh!% was good, and ribs take on the same gelatinous fatty rich flavor as the ox tail, and then you added the light potato gnocchi, crazy!!!, this was flavor on flavor cooked down to a dope ass slow cooked Ragu, ….with farm tomato’s!!!…fresh…!!!… I bet this was so damn good, I’m go make this and fuck it up!! But spicy with jurk seasoning, that all spice go hit different on the ox tail, crazy
