Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer: Putin is a war criminal

The Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer tells Sky News that the Russian President is a war criminal for his actions in Ukraine.

And he told Sky News' Sophy Ridge on Sunday that the Home Office and the government had got it "completely wrong" in their actions towards Ukrainian refugees - saying their plans had been 'too slow, too narrow and too mean'.
