Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer delivers a speech at the Welsh Labour Party Conference

The PM will hail a "new era of change" for Wales, after securing 27 of the 32 Welsh seats in the General Election.

A convoy of tractors is expected to protest outside the conference. The protest organisers, Enough is Enough, are reportedly demanding an audience with the Prime Minister but say they will aim to get their message across without disrupting the event.
