Bangarpet Pani Puri !

Bangarpet is in Karnataka, near Bengaluru.
Even I was also not knowing this kind of pani is also exist. Last year during my niece's wedding reception in Bengaluru, i have tried this type of panipuri, first one bite I was literally confused. My taste buds felt something strange. It was spicy, , tangy, salty, but no hint of sweetness. But was refreshing. It also has distinct taste.

Nahh the filling is the game changer.. u need to add some boiled peas . The spiciness of pani can be reduced by adding meeta.. a tangy sugary solution.
