Bangarpet Pani Puri Story:
Bangarpet is a small town on the outskirts of Bangalore that is famous for its spicy pani puri which is transparent or clear. Bangarpet Pani Puri is a pani puri stuffed with boiled green peas and filled with a clear spicy and sour pani.
The story goes that the Bangarpet Chaat originated in 1974 by R Panduranga Setty's son who wanted to carry out the family's legacy but put his own twist to it. That is when he invented the white pani puri.

- Pani Puri, Price: 30 Rs
- Masala Puri, Price: 30 Rs
- Gulkand Chat
The chats we tried here were exceptionally good, easily one of the best Pani Puris we ever had. The white colored pani puri water was very unique & tasty. All chats were more like homemade without any artificial colors.
The service was good & polite. Car Parking is definitely a problem in that busy market lane. Would suggest to park car somewhere on main road and walk to this shop.
We recommend this shop to original Bangarpet style Pani Puri lovers in case you are travelling near to Bangarpet town.
