I can only get the reset the PC via through advanced options in the recovery area of settings. Then when I fully execute the steps I get the error: There was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made.
I tried through Local and through Cloud...i just want to wipe out the disk so I can sell it...thanks and yes I have the same model you are referring to with Windows 10 home .
