This IS a very important and much forgotten about piece of kit.
In my hunting area I was talking to a game warden who told me of a call he went to where the bow hunter was walking to his tree stand from his truck with an arrow nocked.
He fell down and landed on the arrow.
He didn't make it back to his truck sadly.
Ever since then I always carry a first aid kit and never nock an arrow while walking thru the Bush.

I'm a max level First Aider and I would say that is a good personal kit. I would include water purification tablets (I might have missed it if it was mentioned),
and also some compress bandages for rapid action on large ugly wounds. Some extra gauze never hurts as well. Make sure to write the date you receive the kit as you would want to replace everything in the 5 year range. Also, buy yourself a proper Pocket Mask and chuck the CPR shield. The Shield will only slow you down and frustrate you. I have no idea why the things are even available. Your wife will no doubt have access to some decent supplies. Oh yeah, Xylocaine 5% ointment, should be available OTC. Put it on something like road rash and it hurts worse than you can imagine...for about 10 seconds... and then the blissful relief of numbness will last several hours. But hold them down when you apply it...ouch! Nice kit. Now I'm Jelly.
