My 'NewBlue' effects package is still installed - it runs on Vegas 18, and they are still installed in 'C/Program Files/Adobe/Adobe Prem Pro CC/Plugins/en_US', but recently Premiere doesn't list them any more, and in the file browser they are listed as 'After Effects Plugins'.
