Excellent breakdown! I have POTS, esophageal spasms, throat tightness, erythromelalgia, Raynaud’s, loss of smell and taste for 1.5 yrs (still isn’t quite right), some wonky labwork… god the list seems endless. 😕They all ramped up within the last 2 yrs and the common denominator is the ANS. I’m trying to absorb every ounce of knowledge I can in order to get a grip on this beast. Thank you again for the easily digestible information!
