The 4 F's "Fight, Fright, Flight... and making love". Very witty. I can't believe Dr. Mike could do that with a straight face!

A lot of A&P teachers don't do a great job getting all these concepts to gel together so it's hard for me to visualize how this all works together. Great job.

I've sat at my computer all night reading and re-reading my ANS chapter. And then after hours of confusion, a 40-minute video makes everything click. I cannot believe how good this guy is!

I've been watching and sending all of these videos to my classmates for our A&P II tests. Funny how this one was posted the day before our test with ANS as a chapter. Keep 'em coming!

Love watching this your video. Just finish reading my chapters on brain and nervous system. Came across you while looking for videos to watch to make sure that I understood what I read and to give me an insight on things I might miss or would help to memorize. I must say your video is one of the best break down that I have seen. You go thoroughly into the topic. I also love your cranial nerve method to remember. You didn't say that is how you remember but instead threw it out there. And I noticed it and smile. As yesterday, in class we had a surprise lab quiz and were all asked to recite the cranial in order. It took me 15 minutes to remember it as I broke it down by 3 in each line and by the first letters of each words to memorize it (visual learner). I came up with OOO, TTA, FAG, VSH. Seeing those letter in my head I quickly knew the order of the cranial nerves. So hearing you recite yours made me smile. I am not the only one who have to break it down to remember. Too cool and really great video!

I can’t say enough positive things about your style of teaching. You are a gift from God to make all these subjects I have studied my entire life come into a zoomed in honed knowledge that will stay with me forever. I shall not forget your lectures. They need to be saved for the Smithsonian for future doctors to learn the anatomy and physiology of the human body. Thank you and would send you a million likes if the system will allow!!! I am totally Gaga over you.

Thank you! I worked for an MD PhD medical/public health research for a decade. When we would get into a new area, videos like these were the first step. She didn't remember such specifics from med school and didn't have specialization, I didn't have med school. But we still needed a really good foundation for our biostatistical work. These videos are astoundingly helpful and knowledge-based, easy to understand, and easy to remember.

That last overview where you grouped the alpha/beta receptors was fantastic. 2 days out from STEP and you just made everything click, thank you!

I have dyslexia and it's hard to follow a chapter where there are many divisions, especially with a lot of new terms, I get confused and have to read it several times to even understand what it's about.
Since I found your channel, I learn much faster and easier, and not only for the exam, but I really understand. Thank you!
