Speaking of viruses. In South Africa, I had to take out medical insurance. This also meant I had to take an AIDS test once a year to keep said insurance. On my last AIDS test, I asked the nurse taking my blood how does the test determine whether I have HIV.
She seemed a little annoyed at the question and said the test measures the white blood cell count. Her answer shocked me, because I realized they could not test for HIV directly. Her answer caused me to seek further and eventually I discovered Terrain Theory and everything made sense. 😊

I am amazed at the mainstream assumption of shingles being a virus. I had shingles whilst in rehabilitation, from drug addiction. I was told by the resident doctor that it as a nervous condition, caused by stress. I got over it in a week or so with no medication. I was in a building with about a hundred other patients, I was not required to isolate and no one else caught it.

I have 6 children, my first two I had vaccinated and were only breastfed 3 months. This was when I trusted doctors and the mainstream. With my last four (all under 7) they have all been breastfed over a year - 3 years with two of them - and the last two have had no jabs, the first two just a couple. My eldest two children were always ill. My youngest four are rarely ill. I do not use antibiotics. I do not use pain relief unless absoloutly necessary. My eldest child rarely threw a fever, her younger sister would throw a fever every other month, with only mild accompanying symptoms. I never once attempted to take down a fever, but I would treat symptoms with h0m30pathy as needed. They both survived childhood ☺️..

When I was a kid in the 1960s my parents always quoted the expression "Starve a fever. Feed a cold" when we were sick. Seems they knew what they were doing. We always got bone broth, or consommé, as well.

My son just got over a 5 day mysterious illness. The only symptom was fever, which at its highest reached 42°C. He was delirious. We kept making him drink water. Finally, he threw up, and the fever was gone. He's bouncing around like normal now. Thank goodness.

I studied herbalism with a master Herbalist in 1978 as a pregnant mom. That was so key to my knowing medicine is not wise and it's way worse. My 3 kids never had a vaccine until they were 7, 9, 11 and with their dad. The Reflexologist would always, reliably cause the child's fevers and colds to disappear after 1 hour foot treatments. 1st they'd fall asleep and then their cheeks grew bright red. When they awoke it was all normal again! Reflexology is obviously hugely effective and something the body LOVES.

Thank you for not being afraid to give the truth to us. My mom never took us to doctor if we had a fever and neither did I. I didn't allow doctors to give my children antibiotics only if there was a definite ear infection or a true positive test for strep, which was most often never.
