Raptor 3 looks like the Jetsons robot, Rosey. Look at the Raptor 3 in the picture with 1 and 2 in this episode (timestamp 14:04). You can clearly see the hat, two eyes and a mouth, upper torso, slim waist and a dress. Rosey the Raptor!!!

I love how they litteraly built the office building last. They don't want a bureaucracy slowing them down so they did the wild stuff first and then they bring the supervisors to certificate the results.
