[FIXED] Ribbon does not have any tabs or panels currently loaded | CIVIL 3D PROBLEM
EASIEST METHOD
STEPS:
1. Use Command: UCILOAD
OPTIONAL STEP: IF ALREADY LOADED, UNLOAD IT.
2. Browse -- Choose 'civil' and Open it
3. Load it and Close
All the tabs or panels will be appeared.
