Black Myth: Wukong - 15 Secrets MANY GAMERS Haven’t Found

After spending a few hours in Game Science's Black Myth: Wukong, it becomes apparent that this isn't a straightforward action RPG. Between the epic set pieces and excellent battles, there are some additional things to discover, leading to secret bosses and areas.

Certain side quests can start simply enough but spiral into battles against multiple secret bosses, to say nothing of locations like Purple Cloud Mountain that would be missed without venturing off the beaten path. Some of these bosses are far from easy, and it can be a big ask to venture off the beaten path.

However, besides bonus rewards, items, and equipment, there are crafting materials for stronger weapons to unlock. You may even get a different ending later. Here are 15 things you likely missed in Black Myth: Wukong, where to find them, how to activate them, and much more.

Fun fact, you can activate Shigandang before you defeat the Stone Vanguard. Do this to earn a fun surprise.

After you complete Ch 2 and find the first checkpoint, head back to the monkey npc who upgrades your gourd . He'll have a worm & fragrant vine available for purchase so you can upgrade the potency of the gourd & a extra heal.. at that point i could drink up to 7 times..

btw, the vessel that you get from secret area in chapter 4 massively helps you with the end boss

I'm gonna have to replay this game eventually when there's a complete walkthrough available, because there's just so much stuff you miss while playing normally. I know of at least one boss that I'm permanently locked out from ever fighting in this playthrough because I didn't do so earlier, and I wouldn't be surprised if there's plenty more that I've already progressed past.

If you go to the scorpion lord but don’t mess with his booze, he’ll help you take down that giant rooster demon thing at the end of the map. It makes for an even more epic fight than the chapter 2 stone bosses.

Also spend 10 to 15 hours in each level before moving on grab everything you can go back and forth and you will never need a video telling you what this does where this guy is etc trust me it’s better to find out for yourself all the amazing secret bosses mpcs and all that stuff 😊

He will appear in a cutscene and fight the Duskveil boss on your first run. You can just watch from the sidelines and get popcorn then wait until one dies

Fun fact, the reason many gamers haven't found these secrets is because the game's practically just landed on shelves. Stop ruining the surprise and let people find these things for themselves. At least give it 6 months 🙄
