none of these diets are remotely okay or 'alright', eating some of a proper diet does not make it a proper diet

ALRIGHT??? the "IU diet" is that infamous for a reason! people who tried it claimed that just after two days they already lost concentration and the diet started to negatively affect their body and mental health. IU herself said that she only did this diet for 3 days and it was already damaging. she said that if she tried to return to this diet, she wouldn't be even able to sing

all of these diets are bad, but momo's is just another level. i cant imagine eating NOTHING for an entire week but one ice cube. she even said that she thought she was going to get fat from eating the ice cube. :(( it's really sad how they made her feel that way. she said also how she was so exhausted, she thought she wouldn't wake up. no one should have to be required to starve themselves in order to follow their dreams. and i also saw when twice said that they had to sneak delivery into their dorm because they weren't allowed to eat it. they had to tie a shoelace and make a rope, then drop it down their window so that the delivery man could tie the food to it and they could pull it up into their window. they really had to do all that just so that they wouldn't get scolded for eating delivery. it's really sad, nobody should have to go through that.

For me the most disturbing part about Momos diet is that people tried to copy her. Seriously? Momo herself stated that she only did this because she was desperate and she was scared that she'd die the whole time. She'd never recommend for anybody to do that. The second she reached her goal weight she started eating again as well and I doubt she'd ever want to do it again. I'm glad that she's eating better now and doesn't need to be scared for her life every night she falls asleep.

From all the diets I’ve seen, the best one is Jennie’s diet. Her diet before comebacks consists of something with avocado as breakfast, a protein shake, and dinner with little to no salt. It’s healthy and focused on getting all the nutrients and energy the body needs. Jennie loses weight because she has dance practice and does pilates 1-2 hours a day, not because she starved herself (as far as we know) so I think if anyone wants to try a “kpop diet” this one would be the best choice.

I never diet yet I'm 45 kg. But I tell you what, you actually don't have to diet. You have to follow the right plate proportions which is quarter quarter half. The half is veg and fruit, the quarter is carbohydrates and the other quarter is protein. Take it 3 breakfast, lunch and dinner. And as for sugar, just take a coffee or tea in the morning. You body need a little sugar for energy. Drink mineral water for the rest of the day. I also workout in the morning, evening and before sleep. But drink coffee before it to increase metabolism.

For me diet is dangerous, well if you want to do it, sure why not. But make sure you're alright physically and mentally. I have anemia and I lost a lot a blood, like really a lot this past few month, so I make a suitable eating plan for myself to maintain my weight and have enough energy.

all kpop diets are horrible and terrifying, but momo's is just unreal. She is my bias and she helped me a lot in terms of loving me just the way I am, when I tell my friends they don't believe me, but thinking that she did this diet and today she loves to eat and exercise helps me to keep going and also she talks about how important it is to eat and to love ourselves just as we are. Momo I love you <3

A “not bad diet” a human needs like 2000 calories to function and there’s are idols that have to sing and dance all day long. They need MORE than that.

can we stop sharing such things ? remember that there are kids and teens that follow kpop content and channels like this one, let's not be dumb and post content that can harm and that are sensitive.

Jihyo's diet is by far the best imo, she still eats well and every meal has a good balance of nutrients.

It’s sad that kpop diets have this ranking. I’m not trying to critize the creator of this video since the ranking is accurate in terms of these specific diets but it’s sad that the kpop industry views only eating 1000 calories as healthy 😢

The best diet would be Mamamoo’s Solar fruit diet. She eats high proteins and fibres diet with less carbs with a lot of fruits. She lost i think around 3-4kg in 4 days with exercise. I did it for 3 days without exercising and i lost 1.5kg. I didn’t feel starved or lethargic because of the amout of fibres and natural sugar that i consume

I’m a nutritionist and even the last one os very bad, I understand the point that is not as bad as the others but even if you’re not an idol with a very demanding schedule, anything below 1200 calories can be considered very low. 1000 kcal are not a lot 😅

What about jimin of bts who ate one meal and starved for 10 days 😢

This video is very dangerous and could cause a lot of harm for people. 1000 calories a day IS a bad diet. I would suggest you delete this video
