K2 deals with pulling calcium from soft tissue and putting into bone. Critical to take K2 if taking high dose D3.) (Make sure it is D3.) Ratio, 250 mcg D3 to 100 mcg K2.
(10, 000 IU = 250mcg).
Research for yourself.
(not K or K1: must be K2). (K2 is not potassium).

7:30 You need adequate calcium in your blood to regulate your heart. A proper balance of calcium, sodium, potassium and magnesium in your blood is essential for your heart.

Not K2 but K2- (M4 for heart & M7 for arteries) works really well.

Vitamin D3 should always be taken with Vitamin K2, Magnesium and Calcium because they work together synergistically. Calcium can be supplemented with food. K2 will put calcium in the proper places, including the bones.

This issue can be resolved by taking vitamin K2 while taking high amounts of Vitamin D.

2000 I/U daily for a few years. Physical late 2021: 34.4 Vit D level, 8.5 Urine ph (on PPI), Glu 88. 1 year later, 5.5 ph (off ppi), GLU 92. BP about the same year over year. My results likely show a greater difference in being on and off the PPI than anything to do with vitamin D.

My conundrum is that I'm dairy free, (autoimmune) have oxalate issues, and have always been clueless about how or what type of calcium supplement to take. Just found out that I am really deficient in stomach acid, and too much fat at one meal runs through me. Seems very stress related - does stress bring Calcium out of bones? Stress depletes Mg, I know that much! Such fantastic content!!

Thank you! I love your videos and have been binge watching them, trying to find out why I feel like I'm closing in on death. I just removed the D3+K2 supplement from my weekly supplement boxes that I fill every week. I put them back in the bottle and I'm going to stop for awhile and see if it helps. I used to take a 5000IU twice a day, morning and evening but recently went down to just one in the morning since its summer and I've been getting more sun lately. From your videos I have come to the conclusion that I have low stomach acid. I don't have any of the symptoms of slow thick bile though. So I just bought Pure Encapsulations Digestive Enzymes Ultra with (500mg) Betaine HCL. I've been taking it for about 3 days now. I hope it makes me feel better soon.

I hope I am getting this right. I am worried about my 70 year old mother having to supplement vitamin D for low levels and needing to supplement Calcium for bones. So technically she's safe with the calcium supplements as long as her urine is coming out more acidic in PH and using K2 to push calcium in the right places?? Or is Calcium supplementing a no no? Also how much K2 is recommended. So very grateful I found your videos! Life changing!

You are correct, I have reduced my initial D3 dose to 1000IUs a week with K2 M4 + M7 double dose daily, it has been healing my pre-diabetes symptoms and unblocking arteries, restoring pancreas, liver, kidney function and heart. The K2-M4 for heart & M7 for arteries are vital with D3 as is magnesium, citrate is the one I use with mag oxide if I am irregular, but I have increased the daily dose which has been a game changer too, its restoring tissue (muscle etc.) flexibility and enzyme production at age 60.

After 6 weeks of high Vitamin D3 I became low in iron because the excess calcium and magnesium was binding the iron and coming out in the urine. You will need to check your iron levels when you return to normal levels of vitamin D3.

Yeah I had a heads up about vitamin D a while back even though they always claimed it was good for sleep apnea (and I couldn't breathe at night due to my low breath rate!), I preferred to just get it from the sun. Thanks for the info about cold sores, I will let my Mom know as she had some bad break outs while she was on a bunch of vitamin D and we already live in Florida!

Should I test for calcium levels in my blood before upping my Vitamin D? I take MyKind’s vegan D3 made from lichen. It comes in 2000 iu tablets but I only take 500 iu a day as I don’t know exactly what it is doing for me. I eat plenty of kale and spinach for Vit K. My Vit D levels are very low and the 500 iu a day isn’t making it higher. Any suggestions?

Also if you look at Okinawan people who are the longest living people in the world. They do not take Vit D. They eat plenty of seafood. The weather there is not sunshine all year round either. It rains a ton there. I grew up there so I know! I truly wonder if the Vit D craze is a fad.
