Windows can't create a shortcut here (workaround)

For these who can't solve the issue. if you have admin access just right click the folder you want to create the shortcut at, choose properties, choose security, add everyone read and write access.

for some reason there is simply no option to create a shortcut. I do have Admin rights but there is no option on R-click to do anything. New install of Windows by PC vendor but PC is a brick.

I selected Yes and I get another error "Windows could not create the shortcut. Check to see if the disk is full". My drive has 27 GB free.

Windows sucks.

duh.. that was default action to create desktop instead and searcht the short cut for 1 hour between all my desktop icons and move it to were i want it but how o fix it that i NEVER getthis looser windos message again. aouls full conrol to every one on alll file on my pc fix it? oh this crazY security rage totalalay destroyed my computer expererience. like the coockci cre I blindly click accesspt all bwcuae ocourse I want to visit that a site and with all expired cetifictes uyou get numb by th thousand of security warnings so you will not even notice when a realy warning passes by. for your security we deleted slls your data.
