Just wait till u get an LGBTQ case or voting rights case and u will absolutely see she is an activist judge. She honestly is right on par with Sotomayor. Kagan at least attempt to act like somewhat of a moderate liberal judge. Sotomayor and brown-jackson are the AOC - Bernie Sanders wing of the court.

Well it is an appointment for life, we can all hope that she may have a hidden medical condition that will have her leave the court sooner rather then later! I totally agree she was not chosen for knowledge of law but on her race and her gender that she can not tell Senate what a woman is! It all goes back to having a President who chose his VP and cabinet members not for their knowledge but how many boxes they ticked off on a diversity chart!
