I take my elderly mother out for dinner a few times a week so she can get out. ❤ Last week I told her, “Mom, there are so many souls that would love to come here and have a physical experience! To feel the warm sunshine on your face, the taste of enjoying an ice cream cone or even a jump into the ocean to cool off. All these things are physical experiences many souls never get to feel.” I reminded her we’re souls having a physical experience and not the other way around. Anyways, it made her smile. ☺️

Two years ago I had a spontaneous mystical experience in which I heard the word "Christos", was immediately filled with pure unconditional love (which is indescribable) and my consciousness elevated to a point where everything was synchronous and unified.

By mastering the skill of meditation u can activate the 3rd eye chakra and become one with christ conciousness. I found out by using psycedelic mushrooms but have also in a deep depression used meditation to come back to that enlightend state. It was such a magic experience.I was called by the nature to do this at a place in the forest I go to. I layed on a shore in the scorhing sun for 30 minutes just letting the mind flow and the sun warm me.suddenly my depression let go and I was set free! a wind ghust rusled teh threes to say "told u we would heal u, now go and live on" amen! :D
