1:30 the lamp(background object) has also been placed on the upper right intersection. Generally you don't want to do that as its giving attention to the "background object". also looking at it while its out of focus doesnt seem right

Thx for the vid! The one time it's tough to adjust to conform to the rule of thirds is if the subject is too high (or low) in the frame as a crop either way doesn't seem to put room above or below.
