Motom project engine back (close three gearbox)

Hello. Can you run this engine on normal petrol or do you have to add some led? You have to do it in old cars but I'm not sure about this little engine. I usually run 2 stroke motors and you add oil to that but this is a 4 stroke, so you don't add oil, but what about led. I was in the petrol when this was made and the valves may need it.
