HIIT Things Up With This Fun Partner Workout

Partner workouts are great because they not only bring you closer to the body you always wanted, but they bring you closer as a couple. This workout, designed by Personal Trainer, Lindelani Mqwa and his partner, stuntwoman, Lana Katz, is perfect for couples looking to torch kilos.
The Moves:
1. Skipping and Inchworm
2. Knee-Raises
3. Skipping and Inchworm (This time swop positions with your partner)
4. Reverse Lunge and Squat
5. Plank and Jump Over
6. Partner Leg Raises
7. Partner 1 Plank & Partner 2 High Knees
8. Partner Roll Ups
Do this workout 3 days a week in order to see results. Complete as many reps as you can in 60 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds before moving on to the next exercise. Based on your level of fitness either complete one round (beginner), two to three rounds (intermediate) or four rounds (advanced).
