My pain starts in my upper abdomen (around the xyphoid) and then it moves to my back between my shoulder blades. In the moment, relief comes from pain pills and it takes anywhere from 1-4 hours to subside

Is there a certain brand of magnesium that you use/suggest? I want to make sure I'm purchasing the correct one. I did purchase magnesium supplements a week ago but it has glyncinate, malate & citrate 😕 I have IBS-C

Seems like drs don’t want to diagnose me with ibs even after everything else is ruled out..I have ibs symptoms as well as back pain when I have ibs flares, especially..drs don’t seem to think one is associated with the other..pretty frustrating. I even spoke with a naturopath. They make me think I’m just crazy 🤦🏻‍♀️🙄😒

What if I can always feel my back pain. Sometimes it’s worse and sometimes I can hardly feel it. I’m lost where to start. I definitely know that I have IBS and I’ve looked at the FODMAPS chart but I haven’t really looked into eliminating foods. I’ve also been to the doctor multiple times and have started taking some probiotics. My stomach pains are minimal but my back pain is always there it feels like.

I’ve been finding these last few months hard especially being an athlete as the back pain and cramping is definitely hindering my progress.

I have lower backpain a year after a l3l4 surgery. My intestines gave up solid working, I think because al the painkillers I had to take after surgery, my stomach and intestines are sometimes very painful, never had that in my life! I am 60 years of age. Everthing is and was checked pre- and postop surgery. Not my intestines, they are checked after I developed more and more pain. So now lower backpain, abdominal problems, lots of bloating.I am turned inside out, but neither, the urologist, the stomach/liver/intestines (dont know name for that specialist)
Could find anything bothersome about my health. I never drinked alchol, smoked, used drugs (except the prescriptions), and fortwo years ago
cycled 150 miles a week in spring and summer. Can you give me some good advice how to deal with this pain, specially in my stomach and intestines? Greetings, M.
