Oh boy, sorry to rain on your parade here but this misses so, so much. You missed the Basilica of Santa Croce that holds the tombs of Michelangelo, Galileo, Dante and Machiavelli among others. You forgot about the Basilica of San Lorenzo and the Medici Chapel beside it. Also, Huge Leather and Goods Outdoor Market, Santa Maria Novella, The Orphanage designed by Filippo Brunelleschi (who designed the famous dome) and the National Museum of Bargello that almost rivals the Uffizi and includes Donatello's David.
(Also best pizza -> Gusta Pizza and Best Gelato -> Vivoli or Perché no! and Best Sandwiches -> not All'Antico Vinaio (which is great) but Pino's Sandwich which is better with much shorter lines. Ciao

Don't go to Florence after paying for a bus ticket you still get fined 80 Euros when you get off the bus they don't want to listen to you😢
