Update on Serene:

As many of you know CBS2 reporter Serene Branson experienced some health-related problems last night during our post-Grammys newscast.
She was examined by paramedics on scene immediately after her broadcast. Her vital signs were normal. She was not hospitalized.
As a precautionary measure, a colleague gave her a ride home. And while Serene says she is feeling better today, she wants us to know she followed-up with a visit to the doctor for some medical tests.
Serene thanks everyone for their concern and good wishes and hopes to be back on the air very soon.

This is like the brain's equivalent of aligning hands over the keyboard one key over. It's just unfortunate that it happened to her in a situation where she wasn't allowed to stop.

It wasn't a stroke, nor did she just fumble her words as some suggest.  She suffered a type of migraine referred to as a "complex migraine", which can cause symptoms similar to that of a stroke.  (Auditory, visual and speech issues, confusion, etc.)  She did an interview about it later on, and explained that she become disoriented, had trouble putting together thoughts, remember words, etc. and went into a panic and began shaking after the camera cut.  You can actually see panic in her eyes during the last few seconds of the video before it cuts away.

Once she says "let's go" she's in full panic mode trying to get her producer to go to the tape. You can kinda make words out to that effect
