I am giving the video a +1. But it suffers from the typical problem of Greek/Turkish coffee recipes where it doesn't give the exact ratio of water to coffee powder. Having the recipe right makes a difference because it decides how frothy the coffee drink gets. In this case it says 2 tsp, but it doesn't say exactly how much water to measure. Saying "2 demitasse cups" isn't specific enough because we don't know how much water the demitasse holds or how high to fill the water in it. Wikipedia says demitasse cups typically hold anywhere from 60–90 millilitres (2–3 US fl oz). But my own demitasse-style cup at home holds 200 ML (almost 7 ounces)!
