As a Greek person, I've tried that, but have a really sweet tooth, so, I prefer it with milk instead of water or maybe half water-half milk. It's perfect either way, simple to make and without the need of any special tools 🙌

One of my first coffees I drank as a kid was a Frappe made by my Greek neighbors. The strong coffee taste, the sweetness and creamy texture - absolute perfection. One of the best coffees I‘ve ever had!

- 2 teaspoons instant coffee
- 4 tablespoons cold water
- 1 spoonfull of sugar

Shake it until foamy, then add to a cup of ice and water
