Block on a Ramp Balanced by a Block on a Pulley

The diagram below shows a light inextensible string passing over a smooth pulley fixed at the top of a smooth plane inclined at 40° to the horizontal. At one end of the string is a particle of mass m kg, which is kept in equilibrium on the slope of the plane by a particle of mass 3 kg hanging freely at the opposite end of the string. Calculate the normal reaction between the mass m and the plane, the tension in the string and the value of m.
