I bought a 2015 dodge journey avp 2.4l in 2016, it had 16 miles on it when I bought it. It now has 205, 897 miles on it. It still runs well and drives smoothly 👍🏼

107K miles on my 2016 Journey Crossroad V6. No major issues. I’ve replaced the thermostat. If you get one, just maintain it. Take care of your car and it will take care of you.

I know these are older videos, but still absolutely 100% relevant today. I have been 3 weeks now trying to decide on this or that to trade into next. (still about 3 weeks out from being ready to trade). Your videos has been PRICELESS in my checking things off the list to avoid, and what stays on the list. Absolutely invaluable! THANKS to all of your team for putting these videos out!

I have a Dodge journey sxt 2013 . It's done 83000 km and still going strong.Even the battery and brake pads are still the original. I cannot understand the fuss people making about Dodge journey. For me it's a brilliant car.

I just sold my first journey, a 2009, that still ran great and gave us no issues at 300k. It became our kids car when I purchased my second one, a 2014, which I’m still driving at almost 200k with no major issues to date. I’m sad to see them go and will be on the lookout for a similar vehicle (possibly a Grand Cherokee L or Wagoneer)

My 17 journey gt is fantastic! Only issue I have had is replacing the key fob battery. 61k miles. I've towed boats and jet skis with it with no issues. Awd works great too

I have a 2012 SXT 4 cylinder, 2.4 L, front wheel drive with 156k on it. I've driven from Texas to Guatamala and back twice and it's been our daily shared short journey car inbetween hammering over the Sierra Madres . As a family we really hammer this car with dog in the back, camping gear on the roof and sometimes bikes on a rack at rear. I've had to change the thermostat and the waterpump. The rear lights went out so I had to fix the wiring with electrical tape and just a week ago a rear side window stopped opening so I'll have to fix that. It started using oil about 30k ago and so between oil changes I have to top it up with a pint or two.. I change the oil every 5k +/- and have done the transmission services on time. I think I change the anti freeze every 2 years. My wife chose the car for the leather seats and sunroof thing, I'd never owned a Dodge before always Ford, Nissan or Toyota. This has been the toughest and most reliable car I have ever owned. I guess I got lucky! I don't want to talk about the Sonic we bought...

I bought my 2012 dodge journey new and have 194, 000 on it. Same engine, tranny, no electrical problems. I have replaced some stuff and always maintained it with a master mechanic. I know these don't have good reputations and it is not a high end car by any means, but it has been a good road car and reliable. First Dodge I ever had. Every manufacture has their rough cars, especially if it isn't their high end models. Most people don't get problems fixed right away and they don't have someone they can trust.

Mine just may of hit the end of the road. Got 313, 000 miles out of it. Timing chain went tonight and did catastrophic damage to bunch of components. It whipped around and tore through a lot. Probably going to let it go. However I would buy it again for sure!! It was reliable AF until now!!

We had a 2013 with the V6 and no issues with just over 100K miles.
We traded for a 2017 Journey GT with the V6 and it is now over 100K without any issues.
Just normal maintenance.
I even tow my 18' roundabout boat with it.
We normally get 27 mpg on the highway, towing the boat is 17 mpg and running in 5th gear on the highway, towing at 70 mph.
No issues.

Been shopping for a new car. Doing lots of research, literally cannot find any new car that isn't crap. For some strange reason, nobody seems to know how to build a car anymore.
