Apparently the "120hz" label purposely says "hz" ratger than fps because they aim the 120hz games to run at 40fps, meaning a 120hz monitor would refresh 3 times for every frame, reducing screen tesring etc...
Attrociously misleading marketing, since it struggles to even do that lol

It supposed to say that the PlayStation can run 4k and 120 fps which means what you do inside the console is your choice (it's like if I buy a pc and try using 4k settings and 120 fps and expecting to get 120 fps exactly and expect that it will never go lower than 120 fps which is impossible)

4k 120 is the HDMI 2.1 capability that's actually why 8k was had a label due to same spec not really advertising games with it

console should have CAPABILITY labels, but games for the console should be the ones labeled in which they run. yes, separate labels for ps5 and ps5pro
