Really cool that you designed and made your own solution. I was gonna suggest your last idea of adding wheels to the bottom side of the cart. No need to over complicate it with linear bearing.

Haha I’ve spent lots of time designing things that just never work in print. Don’t feel bad. 3D printing is only partly useful hey. Dimensions are way out, strength is hopeless except for PETG then it’s ugly and almost impossible to remove the supports without destroying it. Bring on cheap 5 axis CNC or cheap dimensionally accurate metal printing
