Harrison Ford’s best acting in years- he puts everything in here, the longing, the regret, the loss and grief of decades spent alone and with only memories, whiskey and a dim hope that his child was safe and happy. A great coda to Rick Deckard

Grossly underrated movie. The cinematography and the dialogue are really something else.

'Sometimes to love someone, you gotta be a stranger.'

One of the best lines of dialogue from any 21st century movie.

"I don't know. Ask him." Is such a grumpy old man thing to say lol

Look at the colors in this scene.
All that orange.

Since K has Deckard's daughters memories, does that mean he's pretty much inherited the Deckard family attitude? Because the whole scene feels like young Deckard interrogating old Deckard.

I always liked the scene because of him throwing K the towel and telling him "you're bleeding". He's treating him like human, he doesn't need a towel to stop the bleeding.

The way Deckard struggles to say Rachel's name. Great writing, acting and directing.

When I want to be reminded what great modern films are, I often reach for something with Denis at the helm.

Harrison Ford was born to play Rick Deckard. Especially for this sequel.

"Sometimes to love someone, you got to be a stranger."

Me as a loser who can't tell this girl I like her.

Beautiful film-making, just look at that orange sky and battered old bar, right down to an ancient jukebox playing Frank Sinatra. Also...so sad, Rick Deckard never got his happy ending, even though he gave up everything to be with Rachel. Rachel died giving birth in 2020, but Deckard had to walk away without even meeting his kid to keep to a Plan that was her only chance of survival. He was left with nothing at all, not even his daughter's memory since they never met, and got old, alone and bitter, hiding away from everyone and everything in a Post-Apocalyptic nightmare that just barely supports human life. Is there really any surprise he'd be so angry about everything, to the point he'd shoot first and ask questions never after 30 years? "Sometimes, to love someone? You have to be a stranger to them"... Easily the saddest line in the film. This is a sequel done right.

This is a distant father and longing son moment.

This scene and the Joker interrogation scene are on another level

Weird how Harrison Ford gets to be more Han Solo in blade runner than in TFA

These two performances are much more better than of what Gary Oldman and Sam Rockwell does in 2017.

Its insane that this sequel to great 80s film became a great success but a sequel to a great trilogy star wars didn't
