I bought a Samsung 980 m.2 that has a cooler on it already. Because you can buy the normal version and I guess this version is more for ps5 but it says it works for pc too. So would you just not put the motherboard plate back on over the top of it?

Is it weird that I take the stickers off the SSDs? Feel like the thermal pads should work better that way right?
