I’m in escrow right now and the seller is working on fixing lots of issues on the house and also some termite damage they promised to fix as well and we only have 1 week left of escrow. I love watching your videos even though I'm in Canada and your talking about the USA. You explain things very well. I've been looking for videos on pros and cons on buying a new build home vs. Lived in home, also ready to move in new home vs. New homes not build yet. And would like to hear you talk about the difference between free hold town house, regular town house, regular house I think that's called detached house, and condos. There are Pros and cons for all. I assume that a new free hold town house that has not been build yet is the most cost effective purchase when looking to save money and avoid extra fees.
