When someone asks for advice don't tell them the truth because Someone will get butt hurt and you will get banned from that community.

Wow, Reddit needs to lighten up. Too many "butt hurt types" moderating that site.

Permanent bans are unacceptable! I got banned from a subreddit because I said an opinion

I created a subreddit today. I posted a welcoming statement. Then it was suggested that I post five posts in one day. So I posted four youtube videos on the topic I had selected. It was four different authors. My subreddit was banned and I have not been notified of the reason. I suspect I will be banned in a couple of days from reddit. I am glad the wild west days of reddit are gone, but I think they may have swung too far to the other side.

My issue is with the auto moderator, that annoying bot keeps keeps removing my post even when it’s related to the thread I’m posting on (which’s a safe to work bodybuilding post), like why is that happening?

I want to use Reddit again but 3very single account I make gets permanently suspended.

So now what? They just ban every single account I make for no reason?

How to fix. I just broke some rules at first and now that I perfectly understand the rules I want to use Reddit again but I can't.

Do they IP ban or what?

getting banned and downvotes on reddit equals getting promoted and upvotes in real life, it feels really good bathing npc tears. but at one point you just gotta delete your reddit account if you wanna save your dignity. humanity grows with each deleted reddit account

I remember getting banned for spamming. This was years ago and I used a tablet. It was a brand nobody has ever heard of, but it did the job and worked.

However, it was a bit buggy. One bug it had us that sometimes when I commented or posted thing on social media, it would spaz out and comment/post the same thing hundreds of times within seconds.

I posted on Reddit one day and got banned for spam. I explained it was a glitch & used screen record to show the same thing happening on Facebook. Also, how on EARTH could I possibly post/comment something hundreds of times within seconds? It's not as if I'm going to purposely get a bot to do it because I know it would get me banned.

Despite showing screen recordings and explaining what had happened, I still got perma-banned. It only happened once on Reddit on a certain subreddit and Reddit perma-banned me for it.

They literally don't care. They just ban whoever they like regardless of whether it was the person's fault or not.

I have a question. If you get permabanned from Reddit as a whole, are you never allowed to use the site again?

I had multiple alt accounts and I never broke any rules but boom, all my accounts got perma banned. Like, come on, at least explain to me what I did.

Anyways, screw them. I'm making a new account.

I was banned from Reddit for life and I had never posted or broadcasted and I was told they acted with malice for my ex husband to get me blacklisted on the internet so I wrote them and asked them for a police report because I knew I did not post ever to their sites. I also did not use another posters content on any web site as subject title you don't have copyright exclusive right on fair use on certain types of terms If my name were Sarah you can't ban me from using my name because you named a character Sarah to If I am filming abandoned buildings for a project for school because I had to take the subject broken windows theory in police management since it is the subject you can't punish me for it.

My Subreddit Got banned "due to spam" even though I only posted twice on there. It was on private and some of my friends who made new reddit accounts joined and commented a few times. Then a few hours later it said my Subreddit got banned. I sent an appeal a few hours ago but I haven't heard back. IDK what to do
