I just love the warm sunshine. It makes me feel like my budget gets a clean slate. Are you encouraged to start spending less? What are your ideas for Spring Savings?

Marigolds are awesome for coplanting also. And I make dandelion jelly every other year. We are blessed to live in an area where foraging is possible.

I decided a month ago to look into changing my car and renter's insurance. I am now saving $197 a year!! I got the exact same auto coverage, and I lowered my renter's coverage from $47, 000 to $30, 000 as I live in an apartment now with furnished appliances. That insurance dropped from $107 per year to $67. I am SO happy that I looked into changing!

Thanks for another great video! And, yes, there is no better smell than sheets that have been hung outside!

I wish I had my Grandma Irene's green thumb, I literally have killed a cactus 😢. Needless to say we save money by just enjoying our perennial hostas, the lilac trees that bloom around Mothers Day in May that my grandma Irene gave me and that's about it.

I have a clothesline in my laundry room, and I utilize this quite a bit. My oldest son who is 22 just bought a home with his girlfriend, he will move out early July, so although I will miss him, I will enjoy saving money on food and utilities, he will move like 10 min away.

My spring cleaning is almost done, I start with the kitchen in January and do a little at a time, I just have my boys bedrooms to do and the very last the spare bedroom in the basement.

Ooh forgot to add we are getting rid of our old above ground pool, it was a huge electricity drain, we have had it since the boys were little in 2008, and while we enjoyed it, it's time for it to go.
