Police and Power to investigate | Report and Investigation | CrPC

Which provision says that head constable don't have power investigate a case, please upload related cases, in FIR police have a power to amend or alter ? Which provision tells about that alter, please tell me sir

156. (3)के तहत fir कर investigation मे police को शिकायत फ़र्जी पायी गई किन्तु 8माह के बाद भी police खारिज खात्मा report magistrate के पास जमा नही की है क्या प्राव्धान है ताकी police closure report court के समक्ष प्रस्तुत करे

Hi sir
Whether subordinate of the SHO(PI/PSI)i mean HC/ASI Can filed final report. Under section 170 crpc clearly mentioned that SHO, incharge of the police station shall submitted the final report.
As per my knowledge if final report submitted by subordinate officer even the SHO int the Head quarters it may be discharge by the concerned triable court or quashed by High court. Pls send your opinion in this regard. Request your contact number.
