What is the evidence a knife was used? Why were police looking for a 2011-2013 Elantra? How many people fit the description in the area with 36, 000 students in the immediate area?

This case - like any OJ-esque case - has to be combed through carefully to avoid a mistrial or an acquittal.
The prosecution had a shadow and a person that they are trying to make fit inside that shadow. There was a police officer that was dispatched to a noise complaint at the King/Queen Road house who has the same build as Bryan. That same officer was recorded on body camera whistling as he walked away from the house after talking to the well-endowed woman and her boytoy.

He doesnt fully match the description of the masked man. Koberger is tall, 6 feet in height, not 5'10. The only thing that matches is the bushy eyebrows which probably matches many guys in the area.

Hey @KendallRae, can you please cover the case of Anton Hyman, who was beaten, stabbed, and shot in Greenford London UK. And found on Mother's Day 21st of March 2004 and still the case remains unsolved. It's going to be 20 years this year, and I wish we could bring some awareness to his case and get the justice he deserves. His family are heart broken even after so many years.

There is not ONE evidentiary claim he matched the description. #1 he does not have bushy eyebrows....a creepy googly eye stare...but not bushy eyebrows. #2 considering the elevation difference of the floor plan (living room area was 3-4 inches higher than "step down" to kitchen hallway area), and also considering Dylan Mortensens height, the PCA states 5'10" or taller from DM. BK would have appeared substantially taller than her description. Stating false claims only muddys the water. People keep stating theories, writing books, etc. The guy hasn't even stood trial bet torches and pitchforks are making a comeback.
