So someone took his car, his cell phone, and his DNA and put them at the crime scene.

We don't know all the evidence they now have. All we know is what evidence there was for an arrest. They now have his DNA and have searched his apartment and car. We don't know what evidence was uncovered from all of that.

LOL! Nobody has seen ALL THE EVIDENCE yet. The probable cause affidavit only lists the evidence that established probable cause to arrest him. Not convict him.

Just the fact that he was throwing his trash in his neighbors trashcan makes me think he has something to hide.

They surely would have more of his DNA from the crime scene than just on the knife sheath. That's going to be the clincher that puts him away.

Bryan’s former defense attorney is giving me Michael Avenatti vibes — doing his press tour to try to get his 15 mins of fame. Except this attorney was only on the case for 5 mins and didn’t even touch the facts surrounding the case. Lol.

Okay but lets be real - he is no longer Bryan's lawyer. Plus in another interview he said the exact opposite. Looks to like some is enjoying his 15 mins of fame.

Bryan Kohbergert was throwing away his trash in his neighbors trash can while wearing gloves. His DNA is linked to the sheath from the knife. The roommate identified a man fitting Kohberger's description. He was following Kaylee and Maddie on Instagram. His cell phone kept pinging near wear the girls were located. His cell phone was turned off during the time of the killings then turned back on afterwards. There is just way to much evidence against him.

As someone who works with wireless technology I can tell you the Lawyers idea that cellphone towers are inaccurate is a dated opinion. Nowadays with the amount of towers and wifi networks he would of passed by it's pretty easy to prove down to a block or two where he was at. You ping off of all sorts of towers but it's quite easy to see which is the closest, I really think the key will be him pinging off their wifi network if true though, there is only one way it could happen and that's to be within signal, a few hundred feet usually.

So he just left his place in the very early hours the day of the murders, drove to the location of the murders, the cell phone towers pinged him there several times, including the later morning after the murders took place, his out of place DNA was recovered at the scene of the crime, was wearing gloves to dispose of his trash, was acting nervously suspicious during a traffic stop caught on bodycam.... Circumstantial....

and yet, the people has convicted him. innocent until proven guilty

The fact that he was cleaning his car & throwing that trash away in a neighbors trash can at 4:00 am while wearing surgical gloves is the best evidence against him to any human with common sense. We all know that the only reason to do that is if he killed those people & due to being pulled over twice in a 10-minute time span in Indiana made him paranoid that they might be into him so he wanted to get any evidence out of his car into someone else’s trash asap. All the other scientific evidence does make a convincing case regardless of what the defense attorneys say.

Dude: the evidence so far is very damming. I am sure the police has way more evidence. This guy is guilty as hell.

People acting like the PCA is all the evidence the police have. That’s only the beginning and all they needed to seal a warrant to bust through his parents windows in the middle of the night in a whole other state to arrest him. Can’t wait to see what they found with that search warrant. This guy is toast.

Ever thought that the Sheath could have been placed after the crime?

I'm sure there is evidence not yet revealed to the public yet!

That would not be enough for me to find someone guilty of first degree murder. It wouldn't be enough for burglary either. That bit of DNA on the snap of the sheath, in fact the sheath being there in the first place, just strikes me as weird.
I'm not saying I'm sure he didn't do it, I'm saying that's not enough to convince me beyond reasonable doubt.

Labar did not say that the evidence was not “fully convincing”. He said that the pieces of evidence could be attacked, _individually._ The ensemble of evidence paints a picture; defense’s task to to chip away at a jury’s faith in elements of the picture.

It seems strange to me that he came into the house with the knife in a sheath, but then left the house without it. Was he just carrying it in his hand when he left? a sharp knife. And then what did he do with it when he got in his car? Seems like he would be very aware that he lost the sheath right away.
