Excuse me, you are supposed to remove the spines and fins before preparing that to eat. Lionfish no longer produce the poison once they are no longer living. However, there can still be remnants and trace amounts in the fins where the actual stingers are located so you have to remove all of the fins before you do anything to that fish❤❤❤❤❤

This is good and all that but since the climate is changing and there isn't enough political will to drastically change our way of life the reefs are fucked anyways.
