I was single for almost 7 years, after being cheated on twice. I then met someone, and he’s absolutely wonderful, sweet, and playful. A nerd, like me. I never saw him coming.

Ngl, I love being single. I can focus on making money toward getting an apartment or small house and I don't have the stress of potential dates or going to events that I'm only going to for my boyfriend.

Also, as a general note, there's nothing wrong with not wanting to be in a romantic relationship. If other people make fun of you for being single, that's on them. Don't get into a relationship just to make the teasing stop. If you're meant to find romance, then it will come, but don't rush it. Everything will turn out in due time.
