I think one thing that will help those on the spiritual journey is to learn to monitor your thoughts. Stop being negative even in your own head. Learn to pay attention to your thoughts. You can try to meditate and want to be on a spiritual journey, but if you are living negatively by the way think and the way you talk then you’re really not going to get anywhere.

U are so right about meditation. I meditate on the life of King David in the Bible. The more I think about what GOD did for Abraham & his descendants. I realized GOD is no respector of persons. GOD blessed his children who obey him! I find CHRISTIANITY is like a 12 step program. There are degrees to finding more favor from GOD who's our loving father!!!

Miss Faye, Thank you for mentioning The Farmer's Almanac in one of your previous vids. The Almanac has been a staple of my life, as my grandparents always had one, my grandmother also loved Prevention magazine. My grandad was a master gardener, who had greenhouses at one time. He grew and sold bedding plants and veggies. His gardens were a wonderland for me as a child, the trellis of muskadines bordering a small pond, where we used swim and fish. I earned some summer monies as a child picking and selling tomatoes, which I promptly spent on 45 records, pens art supplies. 😅 I can recall being barefoot, walking in the moist garden soil, those heavenly aromas of veggies and fruits, the itchy hands and arms from picking "cukes" cucumbers, squash. I plan to plant some veggies again in an above ground garden box and pots due to our drought like summers in South Carolina. Having flowers, veggies takes me back to sweet memories of my mom and grandparents. Also the Almanac has planting by the signs, yes, some folks donot understand the significance of the zodiac signs in the farmers almanac. Didnt mean to type a long message, but hearing you talk about it took me back to those sweet summer and fall days of my grandaddies garden heaven. I do plan to take some pics of some books, you will enjoy. Thank you for all the research, editing, coordinating vids to help the collective. PS: Happy ♒ Aquarius season and birthday!

I appreciate your sharing and guiding us to meditation and the idea to start by just listening I’ve heard other explanations where you’re supposed to sit there and think of nothing like have a blank mind which I find not really feasible but certainly starting with listening and positive thoughts 💭 throughout the day and specifically during your 15 minute pause purposeful pause of positive guidance gratefulness and quietness this sounds like something approachable and I look forward to including us in my daily routine. Along with paying attention to my thoughts throughout the day I’ve also heard an idea to put your tape recorder on when you’re on the phone talking to a girlfriend or family member whoever and play it back to hear your own voice and the way I’m told that you speak you may be surprised to hear yourself putting yourself down or having negative reactions were unnecessary and just becoming aware of your general vibe that you’re pulling in and putting out. What a great surprise to see this video. I have been doing the work for years; grounding, meditation, walking, sitting in silence, humming, saying affirmations etc. I say I live on inspirations not persperation, I really didn't realize how trama was slowing me down and keeping from the big things like apartment builings, yauths, cruises, lux vacations etc and now I know. I won't want to get those things and still have trauma which would draw a narc to me and cause me to loose it all. I am truely greateful for Miss Faye shining the light worker so that I can see a clear path to greatness,
