I’ve been feeling very lost and out of balance for the last couple of years. You’ve been very helpful. I’m a 55 yr old grandmother, and I’m finally pursuing my interest in witchcraft. Any more tips would be greatly appreciated.😊

I feel most connected spiritually when I’m in my garden and have my hands in the soil, even better if there’s a light rain. The smell of soil mixed with rain is magickal. I didn’t get to do a spring/summer garden this year but planning my late summer and fall garden now. I can’t wait to get back into the garden and be able to do a daily walk visiting the plants 😊

My hubby is an atheist and for a while was having a hard time understanding why my spiritual practice was so important to me because he struggled trying to relate. But once he understood how much it was connected to my emotional health and mental well being he started to gain a bit of understanding. Now whenever I make a comment that I'm off or emotionally down, he gives me hugs and kisses and asks if I'm about to put my witchy hat on, lol. I totally agree with this whole video. Very refreshing to hear someone be able to put in words how I view things.

Super important topic!! For me it's a lonely evening swim in the lake and a walk trough the forest afterwards at the moment ☺️ It just makes me feel so alive, grounded, happy and inspired, so it's kind of my summer spiritual routine 🌻🏊

I want to give a big hug to all the fellas who have to deal with daily anxiety, bipolarity and/or depression. Living is hard enough for us, and you being here show how incredibly strong you are in constantly trying to challenge yourself and better your life. You are an absolute hero. Since a steady practice is often too draining, I incorporate witchcraft in only one task a day, and it has to be something I already had to do. For example the thing that helps me the most is listening to sounds to clear the aura, or the self, while showering/before doing work/after lunch. My practice must be zero energy, maximum reward, for my own health.

Your videos inspire to start and begin my new chapter of finding out my spirituality. I think I did what most beginner witches/baby witches do. I did a lot of research on basic things like Wicca & Paganism. I have even made my own altar and started collecting herbs. However, lately I've been feeling spiritually down and my mental health has declined a lot. It's not only my body that craves a new beginning, but my soul. I love how you mention that you need to dig deep into yourself, get to know yourself, know what makes you happy or sad, recognize what doesn't feel good or does feel good. Without knowing your true authentic self, I feel like that can create some distance between you and your own spirit. Thank you for your beautiful video's and your thoughtful messages. They are a breath of fresh air and sunshine. Thank you <3

The three things I try to do daily are meditating, journaling, and reading. I'm also learning to be kinder to myself, and I try not to be super hard on myself if I miss a day. I suppose that in of itself is also part of my daily practice.

I don't have a routine especially but I recently realized that even when I "forget" about the idea, it naturally comes back into my life. I guess I can thank nature (which makes me think often magic all the time and is so pretty ) and candles (I adore them ^^'). In the end, it's the little things that makes me want to feel connected and usually they always come back when I need them the most =)

Swimming and walking are two of my best nature connecting/spirituality activities. We have a wet lands (protected nature area) near me. I love to walk there whenever I can.
I also find soaking up moon light is something that energizes me in a spiritual sense.

I'm at the beginning of my spiritual journey as a beginner witch or "baby witch". So far my studying has created such a sense of comfort for my inner child. I have always been a overly sensitive soul that needs some healing and being a witch has called to me on many occasions. I definitely appreciate your videos and am binging many of them. keep doing what you are doing. 🐢🌾✨

Speaking of -coff coff- wands…that’s the personal time I’d been neglecting and started adding back into my days. So much better mood when my chakras are aligned in this way 😊 felt guilty about me time before but it’s needed and trying to allow myself that time again

This helped me a lot, thank you. When I first started out ages ago, I was so dedicated and always had some sort of magickal thing going. That waned as I got older and my lifestyle changed. I try to give myself grace about that... anyway, I always seem to get very riled up about it in the spring and then it wanes in the late summer. I think it's because everything is dead from the heat, and I am not a person who enjoys the heat. I live in Texas so it gets unbearably hot... anyway, this year, I am trying to create an enhanced practice, journal as much as I can, pull an oracle card or two daily as often as I can remember or carve time out for, and spend mornings outside with my plants rather than scrolling through junk on my phone. I only take my phone outside as an alarm to remind me it's almost time for work. That has helped me a lot and I am also working on a way to adjust that as the hotter weather comes, so that I can continue a practice that is versatile, and one about which I don't get discouraged if I miss a day, or even a week, due to circumstances or my mental state.
