I've been playing for 10 years and here's my secret. I never play alone, i will always play with at least 1 friend. I rarely play ranked. I will play 5 games and hit gold. Get the season rewards and never touch ranked for the remainder of the season. Stick to normals and arams and league is nowhere as toxic as it reputation makes you believe. And if you do want to play ranked, play duo, because communication is overpowered in league.
