I'm an American and watched this live. As much as I was rooting for Team USA, I was disgusted by the judges and felt horrible for the Romanian gymnast who was robbed of her medal. Truly heartbreaking and unfair.

I feel so bad for Sabrina! It's clear she didn't go out of bounds during her routine and yet she was deducted. I have never seen something like this happening during the Olympics and I have been following gymnastics since the 90s. I think in 2024 with all the technology available, the judges should have done better.

It makes me happy to hear Nadia on Sabrina’s side. Both Ana and Sabrina have a right to be upset. I still don’t understand how they didn’t remove the .1 deduction from Sabrina since she had NOT gone out of bounds. None of this is Jordan’s fault, and yea, absolutely respect Jordan, she didn’t judge the comp or even put in the inquiry. I think they did the right thing in updating Jordan’s score but the wrong thing in not adjusting Sabrina’s. And Ana was the biggest victim in the moment as she really though she had won the bronze.

Romania’s gymnast reaction was really heartbreaking. She was truly hurt and devastated. Judges should banned and fired. Nadia was correct in siding with Romania.
