KETO PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE! Simple & Easy Low Carb Dessert!

Keto Pumpkin Cheesecake Recipe:

Use a 9" springform pan. If you are using a 6" springform pan, half this recipe like I did in the video!

Servings: 10-12

Crust:
1 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
4 tbsp butter (I used Kerry Gold)

Filling:
16oz cream cheese or 2 packs, completely softened ( I used Philadephia)
2 eggs, room temperature
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Optional: Dash of salt

Please Note: Nutrition does not include condensed milk -
Nutrition, PER SLICE (if you cut into 10 slices): Calories: 292, Net Carbs: 4.5g, Fat: 26.1g, Protein: 6.6g

Hi guys!! Please note I halfed the recipe in the description and used a 6” inch pan. This was perfect for 2-3 people! ❤️ If you use an 8” or 9” please use the full recipe!

I made this for my son, and he loved it. I couldn't find the unsweetened condensed milk, so I wasn't able to make that part of the recipe, but I bought the sugar free whipped cream. Thank you for sharing your recipes. I make these recipes to keep my son on track, and he has not felt deprived during the holidays. I see the pounds melting off of him. Thank you so much!

I made this recipe tonight. Instead of using a pan, i used a muffin tin to make cupcake sized portions. This recipe is incredibly delicious!! Im so happy i tried it 😍

Excellent recipe. I went a little heavy on the butter in the crust but it still turned out very good. It tasted even better the next night! This will be great to serve guests at Christmas dinner.

You really don’t want a cheesecake to crack, if you turn the oven off but leave the cheesecake in the oven with the door cracked slightly it will cool slowly and won’t crack! 💁‍♀️

I used Allulose sweetener, so much better than monkfruit (allulose has no aftertaste and the end result is fantastic!). MAYRA!!! OMG!!! I made these yesterday for thanksgiving tomorrow and they were in fridge overnight. I am AMAZED AT HOW DELICIOUS THEY ARE! Tastes just like pumpkin pie with cheesecake twist. For some reason my pumpkin cheesecake is much lighter than yours but is just as delicious. I made them into muffins and they’re soooo good!! GOD BLESS YOU AND THANK YOU!! 💗💗

So glad I have a toaster oven !This is just what I've been looking for! Looks SO delish. If I made this in my oven, I'd add a big tray of chicken to cook at the same time, maybe think of something more to add. If u heat the oven, may as well fill it up. Bake some potatoes if your family eats them. Guess I got this habit from granny...she had to split wood to heat the stove. Once it got going, she made max use of the opportunity. Just a historical perspective.

I will try your recipe tomorrow, it looks so good! I have been using monk fruit in many of my recipes but sometimes I think it does have an aftertaste that I am not crazy about! I bought the Allulose sweetener today, I hope I like it better than Monk fruit! Thanks for all your great recipes, I tried many already and they are delicious, you're the best:)
