Using my food processor as someone else recommended was a game changer. No need to worry about over mixing or having to beat the eggs prior to adding to the cream cheese. This batter was silky smooth. I got no crack either in this pie. Lastly since I only had 1 cup of Alullose, I had to substitute for a cup of Stevia brown sugar and this cheesecake was so delicious. I couldn't believe how good it was. Hubby loved it too.

Try beating the cream cheese first before adding all the other ingredients. This will keep the batter from getting any cheese lumps.

Sieve rhymes with 'give' not Steve. Excess moisture frim the pumpkin is not a problem here? Also, to get one perfect slice from a cake or pie, cut two slices then remove one. Looks delicious - thanks'!

I made this for my husband and he loved it! I can not believe how good it came out! Now he wants me to try making one with banana or chocolate! I'm going to do the exact same thing but instead of pumpkin it will be banana! Maybe you can make more videos of different flavors! Would love to know how to make a keto pistachio cheesecake!

I do not do well with almond flour, it's too inflammatory for me. I did however find some alternatives like pecan flour which was pretty reasonably priced or macadamia nut flour. I think either would be perfectly fine, what do you think?

Gotta try this! I'm having problems finding the Powdered Anise for the Speculoos Spice Blend. Is it possible to use the anise seed and grind it into a powder? If so, would the measurement stay the same? Thanks
