Reminds me of the time I tried using udder balm for my chafed hands! It contains lots of lanolin from sheep wool.... my cat Thud promptly decided he would become a Mountain lion so he could hunt and attack!!! Primitive instincts are definitely a thing to be respected!
*Had to take the container out of my home that day. And yes, the person I gifted it to inquired about the scratches and puncture wounds on my hands and forearms! 😳 Thats one life lesson I will never forget! 🙄

One of my former Void Companions used to steal wool items while they were blocking and carry them about the house like a panther carries prey. I feel this struggle.

My cat is also addicted to wool, but instead of sniffing and playing, she eats it. As you might understand, all my wool is locked away, more for the monster's safety than against moths :P

That is just adorable. Clearly superior to catnip. One of my cats loves wool; I bought a sheepskin to use as a chair pad and he tore chunks out of it. His favourite toys are felted wool balls.
